Short answer: Put in the CD and start install/r1282k/setup.exe

Long answer:

1) I have this old ATI Rage 128 grafikcard. It works perfectly with Ubuntu-Linux, but somehow I did not manage to get it to work under windows. The windows-drivers from the ATI websiter either gave me "Try installing a standard VGA driver first", or something like "The grafikcard on your computer is not compatible with this driver".

2) Then I found this old ATI display-driver CD. Probably the CD that was shipped with the card. However, after auto-run of the CD, it complained about something and refused to install. I tried to let windows search the CD for the correct driver, but windows said there is no driver for the card on this CD.

3) The solution: On the CD, there is a folder called install/r1282k and inside, ther is a setup.exe. Running it properly installed the driver.
